Configured platform charges Review terms before signup Account status determines per-user billing

An active user is a subscriber account with status active when invoice counts are calculated, not necessarily a connected session. The configured PPPoE allowance is 3 active accounts; it does not apply to Static IP users. A hotspot commission minimum is separate from PPPoE pricing and any first-month charge.

Installation fee

No installation fee

Minimum monthly fee

KES 500

Minimum monthly platform fee when usage-based billing applies

Trial

7-day trial

Trial fee: KES 0

First month subscription

KES 500

Invoice created during trial; payable during trial and due at trial end

The first-month subscription is a separate one-time fee, not wallet credit or the hotspot minimum. Where applicable it is added to the invoice alongside usage and installation charges until settled or waived. With an enabled trial, its invoice is created during the trial and is due at trial end; paying early can retain trial access under your selected billing policy. Revenue-tier billing follows its own charge rules.

Common questions

Clear answers about usage, payments and subscription terms.

Do I pay for inactive subscribers?

Per-user usage counts active subscriber accounts when the invoice is calculated. Other configured fees and hotspot charges can still apply when per-user usage is zero.

What happens if a customer does not pay?

Expiry and suspension follow the configured entitlement and RADIUS policy. Enforcement requires supported, reachable equipment and successful authorization or disconnect handling. Check the access path and accounting if displayed status and actual service disagree.

Can I use my own M-Pesa Paybill?

Supported merchant integrations use the credentials and settlement arrangement for the selected provider. Confirm where funds settle, provider permissions and fees. Registration does not include merchant approval.

Do you charge a percentage of my revenue?

Percentage-based hotspot commission follows the configured billing model. Standard per-user examples cover PPPoE and Static IP; revenue-tier or tenant-specific arrangements require their own quote.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Review the current subscription and cancellation terms before subscribing. Confirm notice periods, any fees and refund eligibility with the team. Cancellation and refund terms depend on the applicable agreement.
