Public website analytics

We use limited first-party analytics by default under our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the public website. Reports use approved page paths, event types, and broad referral categories. We do not send form entries, account details, full URLs, or arbitrary query values to analytics.

Tenant admins are responsible for defining and enforcing their own customer-facing terms and privacy commitments
The platform provides tools, but legal compliance of tenant customer policies remains the tenant's responsibility
Support is provided according to the applicable service arrangement
Features, integrations, and workflows may evolve over time for product and security reasons
Platform use is at your operational responsibility
You agree to indemnify the provider against claims arising from unlawful or abusive use of the platform under your account
Access may be suspended or terminated for policy breach, abuse, or non-payment
Upon termination, data handling follows applicable retention and legal requirements
These terms are interpreted under applicable law and the active commercial agreement
Continued use after published updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms
