ISP billing software for internet providers
PayGrid Billing is a global ISP billing and hotspot management platform. Providers can manage subscriber accounts, billing and supported network-access workflows in one workspace. Start with one site, then expand after checking each device and payment setup.
Keep payment and access checks distinct
A configured gateway must accept the merchant account and confirm the transaction before PayGrid records payment. Network access also depends on the subscriber plan and a reachable, correctly configured router or controller.
Choose the right network workflow
MikroTik supports the documented Hotspot, PPPoE and static-access paths. Omada EAPs use the hosted Controller for guest Wi-Fi and an external captive portal; that workflow does not provision RouterOS PPPoE.
Pilot one complete subscriber journey
Create a plan, connect one device, test payment or voucher authorization, confirm the account and session state, then verify expiry and renewal. Check provider fees and PayGrid charges separately. M-Pesa is one regional payment example; gateway availability depends on country, currency, provider and merchant approval.

Questions and boundaries
Before you start
Is an M-Pesa merchant account included?
No merchant account is created by registration. You need the credentials and permissions required by the payment integration you enable.
Can payments work before a router is connected?
Payment collection and network access are separate dependencies. A confirmed payment does not guarantee access through an offline or incorrectly configured device.
