Product / Reseller management
Manage ISP resellers and sub-resellers
Give authorized partners a dedicated portal for their own customer records, hotspot vouchers, and reseller activity. Tenant administrators control access and configure the commercial model.
Build a reseller hierarchy
Create direct sub-resellers under an authorized reseller. Each reseller manages its direct channel and can delegate only permissions it has been granted.
Keep customer and voucher records scoped
Reseller portal lists are scoped to the reseller’s assigned customers and vouchers. Router administration and tenant-wide voucher settings remain outside the reseller portal.
Configure plan prices with an upstream cost
When the ISP enables margin pricing and configures upstream costs, authorized resellers can set per-plan customer prices that respect their upstream price. Existing commission-based resellers can retain the commission model.
Review wallet activity
The wallet ledger records funding and applicable sale, upstream-cost, and upstream-receipt entries. Settlement is recorded after the related payment or voucher redemption is processed. The reseller portal does not initiate bank or mobile-money payouts.
Protect activation and network access
Reseller-created hotspot customer accounts start expired and receive no network access until the customer completes a paid plan renewal. PPPoE and Static customer creation remains an ISP administrator workflow.

Questions and boundaries
Before you start
Can a reseller view the ISP’s full customer list?
No. The reseller portal scopes customer and voucher records to the authenticated reseller. Sub-reseller lists show direct sub-resellers.
Can resellers change router or tenant-wide voucher settings?
No. Router administration and tenant-wide voucher settings are not reseller portal capabilities.
Are reseller wallet balances paid out automatically?
No. The portal records wallet activity and balances; it does not send bank or mobile-money payouts.
Can resellers create PPPoE or Static accounts?
Not in the reseller portal. Those account types require ISP administrator provisioning and payment controls.
